Fallout 3 GOTY Steam, Windows 10 and ENB

When I try to run Fallout 3 with an ENB preset, it crashes on startup.
If I remove the ENB, everything is good.

I can't find a fix on internet. Somebody knows how to make it work.
I just can't play FO3 without ENB.

It kind of works. Now, it doesn't crash on startup, but there is a black screen, but the sound is right.

I don't know, sorry. But i've asked already and some people do not have issues.

I've heard that some people having issues with Win 10 and ENB are having success downloading and installing dx9 files. I was having problems and it worked for me.

I already installed DX9 and didn't work.
I read about using Skyrim's ENB, I tried and it totally worked. My game runs perfect but not a single effect is loaded. Is there a way a can load the effects or even a preset using the Skyrim's ENB?

I just did it.
I just had ti disable compatibility mode, and disable run administrator.
Now everything is working fine.
