Hmm, for standard 3D LUTs like you can use in ReShade, simply put a screenshot of your game in Photoshop, put the LUT on it, combine the layers. Then do your adjustments until you like it (the LUT will receive the same changes) and then crop the image around the LUT. Save it and you got your LUT that contains your adjustments. Now you only need a LUT shader and you're done.

I wonder what it would look like if one applied SMAA on top of the resized buffer... I mean the noisyness makes it obvious that this is generated by a filter and not made by hand.
