Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
Test2 is same as public version, but have forced EnableOcclusionCulling=true. 3,4 tests doesnt matter then. You should try test 2 more and more.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
ok, i'll try!
I saw what is causing flashing light on the world map, I was using lod generated by the mod Dyndolod and Enhance Vanilla tree.
With this mod you can add trees on the world map.
The trees are what flashing nothing else but only when aac is enable.

Btw, i trying to fix brightness bug of skylighting at some camera angles, but no much luck yet, very tricky to avoid existing game bugs and not implement new at same time.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
From my observation this brightness bug is less noticeable when the Skylighting intensity is relatively high.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
Folks, are there any mods which fix rain "running away" from camera often? I did occlusion culling for rain, but not sure about this weird bug what to do about it, maybe replace rain with own...

Hmm, for SSE, positions of raindrops and snowflakes appear to be depending on camera position. If you enter "tfc" in the console, you can move around, for me both rain and snow is following the camera. Considering that SSE contaisn almost 0 visual improvements upon original game, I strongly assume it's the same here.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
Do you mean that the rain particles also move, when you move the camera? If so, I think that's a vanilla bug that's been around forever, and there's no way to fix it as far as I can tell.
Maybe try contacting the user meh321, who made the Bug Fixes mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76747/?) that fixes game engine issues, to see if he has any input on it.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
@marty. yes, in vanilla it is a camera attached effect too (don't know how enb rain changes that though)
don't know what you mean by running away exactly... but there is a weather variable "wind speed" in weathers that influences rain and snow as far as i know. maybe then the rain part that is occluded moves in front of the camera? stupid idea.. but better than to say nothing right? ;-x

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
I mean that rain is around camera usually as array of particles in the box of around 20*20 meters size i think. But sometime when walking in Riverwood, this rain object moves at 20-40 meters away and then jump from one place to another and to fix this i need to use fw d4886 again. Without mod it's same bug. I can try fix this partially from d3d side, but not perfectly.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.318
your rain occlusion culling would mean for example no rain under roofs, too?
