Not sure if this is a known issue with a known solution so figured I'd post about it. When looking at the sky for example, I can see "lines" moving/flickering. Pretty hard to explain and can't show it with a screenshot, but it's quite clear in certain weathers/scenes while it's much less pronounced in others, but appears to always be there. Does not seem to happen without ENB. It's not gamebreaking at all, but somewhat annoying.

I have no idea what you talking about. Is that happen for vanilla game without mods, but with ENBSeries? Is this "feature" of latest version only? Share savegame, screenshots, enbseries.ini, skyrimprefs.ini and videocard name, may be i could see myself.

Vond, are you talking about colour banding, bit like what's seen here in this image? If yes, it's probably caused by your pallette.

@Boris: Posting this from my brothers place as my internet is down from home for another 3-4 days or so, I'll try to supply the stuff you requested then!
@Mindflux: Yeah I've had that but it's more than this now, as it's constantly "moving" aswell and not just on the sky but all over the centre of the screen. It's only in Skyrim too and appears to only be with ENB, but I'm not quite sure how to explain it. "High speed flickering". :/

Vond, does it look like the issue could have something to do with adaption? You can get some odd looking flickering issues with crazy tone-mapping settings and unsuitable pallette.

Icelaglace has been removed "ENB Series" brand at startup on GTAIV and has replaced "ENB Series 0.082 BETA, copyright boris vorontsov, enbdev.com" etc for "icenhancer - copyright icelaglace&borisv&dkt70&dp3"... I suposse he already have special permissions or something :?:
