I just want to say thanks for this mod (specifically the Skyrim variant). I've been intrigued about it, but my initial experimentation was off-putting because I was using configs that (IMHO) ruined the look of the game for me (I'm one of those people who thinks Skyrim's vanilla colour and lighting balance are just fine for the game's atmosphere). But I really liked the look of the improved shadows and parallax bug fixes, so I decided to persevere. Now, I use ENBSeries and have good shadows and the colour and lighting I like.

Can the ENB mod be made for tropico 4? Tropico 4 'seriously needs' graphic upgrade. A good game is ruined by bad graphics.
Do not bother with the mod if it will require a huge effort.

How Can you use ENB with non listed games? Please explain properly. Got no idea how to use old versions or where to find them with injector.

Check on virustotal.com, there are no viruses in the code and on my pc, i'm paranoid regarding sequrity and safety.
