Boris,
yes it seems that the fog parameters on [ENVIRONMENT] are broken. I've just test here with previous and current 0.343 files. I'll post screenshots in a minute....
-EDIT: In my settings, I use these parameters to remove the excessive distant fog. So.......

0.341 > Fog parameters working like they should. (just checked)
0.343 last version > Now it does not change fog anymore. (wrong parameters are changed instead)
Not entirely sure, but possibly 0.343 first version(s) were ok too. (I don't have them anymore)

VOLUMETRIC RAYS also seem to be affected on current 0.343, the first copy of 0.343 I have seems to work fine.

One more thing - fog parameters also seem to affect water.
(could be use to create "WATER" section ?)

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.343
Thanks folks, i found the issue, but will take some time to fix it without breaking up optimization, kinda tricky.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.343
Thanks, now fog parameters are working ok.
But i found some other bugs:
DirectLighting interior parameters not working - no effect. (DirectLighting exterior seems to be ok)
This is probably some older bug - 0.341 has it too.
[WINDOWLIGHT] parameters affect bloom also. (all kinds of things with glow effect - like weapons and armor)
And lately i found that sometimes when I close Skyrim SE, Windows DWM (Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager) service crashes and needs to be restarted. It could be separate problem, but if I remove ENB from Skyrim directory, this problem does not occur.
With ENB it occurs sometimes but not always. Maybe some resource conflict ? (I have Windows 7 64bit and more than enough RAM and video memory.)

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.343
Windows DWM? What the heck is that? Some win10 "feature? I dont care at all, no gonna test anything on win10 again.
[WINDOWLIGHT] Can't work for windows only, if same shader used for something else too. In old skyrim it was fine, now it is not and i doubt that can do something about this, so i leave it yet just to be.
DirectLighting for any place and time work properly, it cannot be broken, unless interior is detected properly which you can see in statistic spoiler of editor.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.343
Windows DWM is the service that makes explorer window borders transparent (+ some other stuff). And it is a Windows 7 thing. Windows 10 is crap. I do not use it. (As I mentioned, this issue can be something else that just don't like the latest ENB's or something.) Anyway - it is not game breaking, just nuisance.
DirectLighting working ok with anything else but interiors. According to Statistic section interior is detected correctly.
Just checked while in Dragonsreach: "Interior factor (output) 1.0"
And other settings for interior are working.
