This would be nice! Like i said the first version of 0.344 worked fine for me, maybe as a starting point idk...

Here are released 4 offficial builds, report every to find out from which issue started to occur.

It is not the mod bug. I can remove that startup message, but it's not my problem at all.

What those mods conflicting are doing to the game? Which features do they add?

Ok, sounds good. I guess it's because "FO4works" uses some kind of overlay.

Without this mod i'm getting a lot of random microstutter at stable fps. It's really important to me..

Sorry, but description "the mod also includes a texture caching system to reduce VRAM consumption, eliminate texture streaming bottlenecks and prevent memory fragmentation" is not true. My mod do the same thing about memory, but give full control to the user to tweak for safety and no issues and it have nothing to do about texture caching. And according to source code this feature disabled. Some things it's doing about game window is confusing for me, i can't tell why it's needed, but maybe that guy have found it have some positive impact and fixing game bad code, i dont know. Probably swapeffect tweak is what make your microstuttering dissapear, but you can set it in game config, as i understand (and i dont remember that tripple buffering in dx11 had any positive influence on performance like it was long time ago, cause it still wait vsync instead of return control to calling thread, but can't test for sure, maybe win10 have this fixed). I am not sure if this mod will not do some harm to the mod anyway, i can try to put first present call futher, but the risk mod will have bugs do exist, cause of resizing. Check attached build and if it work for you, then can use it, it's the most recent.

I can load a savegame and so on but the menus are resized somehow.
