Fixed blood decals for subsurface scattering effect and decreased a bit game startup time.

Can confirm the subsurface scattering bug is fixed. Start-up time gains are welcome too, good work!

Fixed reported bug. not sure if it may occur with some other game video setting or tweaked skyrimprefs.ini, but if this happen, give me your file.

Hey Boris, I checked the fix and part of the issue is solved. The large dark line that goes across the water is gone but the reflection still disappears. In the images I link below you can see the bridge reflects off the water in the first image but in the second image you can see I've lowered the camera down and the reflection disappears. If you have trouble seeing the reflection in game you can edit fWaterSSRIntensity from the default of 1.3 to 5 and it makes the reflection much stronger. This was tested with default ultra ini settings, no modifications other than increasing fWaterSSRIntensity so it can be seen better but the same happens with default settings.

Thanks for removing the large bar, even if the reflection issue can't be solved this is much better than before.

Hey, its screen space reflection, there is no information outside of screen to get reflection from, so fading it is the only way to not produce other weird bugs.

The water reflection bug exists in Fallout 4 too!
