[REQ] BDO like lens effect

Recently pearl-abyss studio remastered their game, Black Desert Online and the effects are totally amazing.

Here's some screenshots I got from internet :

and what I wanna do is copy that flare effect into skyrim.
So I tried with Crazy Flare enblens.fx by kingeric1992,
but It's too complicated to be handled by a moron like me T_T

I know this might be rude, but anyone who can make similar flare effect?

Well I think simply tweak Kingeric's enblens.fx is not enough to make that sparkle effect..

Here's I tried for 3 days :

So should I use fxh modular lens shader?
It looks pretty tricky to handle them since there's no GUI for in-game tweak. :^(

I think this sharp flare effects could be simular with what I want.
so sad don't know what enb he used..

However now I'm looking for how to make flare sharp.
I mean, which variable should I change to reduce this width in Kingeric's enblens.fx?
