First of all, you need my beta preset : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-5O1vt ... sp=sharing

It's designed for COT, so you need to install it. For the glowing effect, like on the first screenshot, you need to increase the intensity and correct curve in the [WINDOWLIGHT] section, enable lens effect and tweak the values in the [LENS] section. I did it only for the screenshots and don't remember exact values.
