Its my fault to forget color filter, code of it was made later, so i didnt apply it everywhere. Hope it can't change wrongly math for defogging. And about that thing with not applying changes and turning on/off effect, it's normal, because this code require recomplilation of shader to remove useless code. In general any boolean parameters should have setting to be saved and applied, but i try to make them real time update when possible, but it's not always possible.

VadersApp
SKyrim VR can't have it, because difference between shadows is too big as they computed in each eye individually. To do that, i need different algorithm, voxel based i suppose, which is slow at such resolution for vr.

Nope, fog color filter and its amount are applied to defogging function, so it works fine for me https://imgur.com/a/OHcu6qq
I've got exactly the same bug as you when tweaking matrix of the sky, so i'm sure it's cause of one of mods installed. Anyway, i will try to use shadow matrix now for next update.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.366

O.K. I've disabled all the mods, renamed the meshes and textures folders and used the files from the latest, "default" preset, wrapper version :

EDIT: My post concerns the previous version, Boris, you are too fast :D

EDIT 2: With the new version, problem is the same.

Another attempt to fix detailed shadows in fog. Very unlogical and i guess it can produce bugs with ibl, ssao, reflections. Really out of ideas why the heck usual math do not work.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.366

This bug is gone, but I need to do more tests.
Boris, have you changed the accuracy of the distant shadows in a new version (or a shadow bias) ? It seems that a small elements, like those shields on the side of the ship (from my save) don't cast a shadows at all.

I meant something like that :

I think that those shields on the side of the ship dont cast a shadow in the latest version, but maybe I'm blind :)

Re: TES Skyrim 0.366

I changed matrix to not be dependent from sky mods, but checked that length of shadow is same as it was, so i dont know what this could be. Ill try to look in to this when wake up.
