I think NVT Natural View Tamriel preset has SMAA active, as people said. Perhaps you can see the problem using it.....

true. using Intrigued ENB with Obsidian ( an ENB from Firemanaf too, just as Re-Engaged and NVT ) and the moss will stop "glowing" when SMAA is turned off.

On my Screens with Cloud Shadow on and off the one side is turning violet while the other stays in its normal color. Is that right that way?

Edit: SMAA bug got fixed. Workaround deleted.

Fixed bugs with hay/moss and flickering water reflection.

I did clear of one target myself now, seems fixed.

Dragens
Probably it's different colors of the meshes, because for cloud shadows mod restore ambient color and sun color by dividing final color by albedo. Hard to say something unless see myself on my computer.

Hey Boris,

I found odd behavior of the shadows in interiors. I made a video to demonstrate it. It almost looks like the playercharacter is a flashlight that casts shadows.

and some other little buggy shadows when you turn.
