Underwater caustics some day, some time, maybe (not?).
Mirx
Dispertion is based on amount of refraction shifting (bumpiness of water waves and normal map), so any bugs generated by that factor. Value 1 do not mean to be set at all, same as 10 for caustics amount, but they are used so big just to help visualizing something for custom shots, if i see no reason to make very big value, i always limit it to rational.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.378
I´ve tested the update with 2 water mods: Realistic Water Two and Pure Waters SE.
-Realistic Water Two: Due to it´s water textures, the water caustics are way less noticeable than with vanilla water but it works anyways.
-Pure Waters SE: With this mod, the latest ENB update works really well, so if you want to have modded water with this new ENB feature, you should consider in using this mod, it also adds more transparent water to certain places avoiding to convert every place with water into a blue tint stream.

Both images are with Pure Waters SE.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.378
Ohh, that Smooth Water addon seems to be the problem, because i´ve searched for those bugged textures only using Pure Waters around and outside Whiterun and i haven´t found that bug.

Nope - I just uninstalled it and tried - pattern is still there.Mirx wrote:Ohh, that Smooth Water addon seems to be the problem, because i´ve searched for those bugged textures only using Pure Waters around and outside Whiterun and i haven´t found that bug.
It is the small river right next to Whiterun when you start to go from Whiterun stables to the direction of Bleakwind Basin. (Left side of Whiterun on the map)

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.378
It's internal procedural factor for distorting caustics, strange it's visible. Can you show screenshot of that exact place?
