Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.381

sorry for posting pictures instead of links.

I mean that the shadows seem to not appear when you look at the object but look away from them. I made a circle around the trees to demonstrate.

but I mean its ok. I don't mind too much it was just something I observed and didn't knew if that was intended.

Dragens
Maybe it's because i reduce shadow amount close to side of screen to prevent bugs. Try to look from other side, this normally should not happen. I will try to see myself too a bit later, now busy with other fixes.

I've checked prepass shader and it already have ported edge detection shader. But it's applied only to bodies, not to clothing (unless clothing have sss flags).

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.381

Boris - Is it possible to add these meshes (from skyrim effects) which use Grayscale_To_PaletteColor shader flag and an additional greyscale gradient texture (for example camera attached fog effects) , to ENB particles ? They have a Soft_Effect flag and a proper NiAlphaProperty, 4333, but can't be recognized as a particle by ENB, so, during snow storm at night they are always too bright.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.381

Make screenshot which of them and how to get them visible in game.

Dragens
I can't see problem with shadows, tried with fov 40, 90 and 120. Maybe just not right place, hard to say. Or maybe some precision errors from depth buffer cause distance is bigger on the side of viewport.

Guzio
Do you mean these wind blowing simulation things (without snow itself, cause it's same shader as rain)?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.381

Boris - Screen from my preset for Vivid Weathers mod, with VW disabled, so, the night is too bright and this effect isn't as much visible. Snow Storm weather C8221, nigth, can be also checked with a foggy weather C821E.
Mesh is called "fxcameraattachblowingfog.nif" from Data/Meshes/Effects folder

the default one :

with additional grayscale texture and Grayscale_To_PaletteColor shader flag removed, particle intensity 0.2, is recognized as a particle :

the same with particle intensity 12 :

Yes, perhaps these too (but maybe Mindflux has corrected them), but don't know mesh names

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.381

Another example, with a Vivid Weather mod, mesh "fxcameraattachturbulentfog.nif", night, Snow Storm :

I can fix it, but only by removing that shader flad and the gradient texture, but it perhaps change this effect appearance.
