Lightning is not something projected on screen, so i can't just scale up without doing something wrong at certain camera angles. But even ignoring that bug, most likely its crossed with some other things. I can try, but no promises.
Pfuscher
And what the problem is? Too bright? Ask Mindflux to fix. If you meant flat compared to water - not fixable cause it's just decal on the surface which do not get any data from water about waves.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.383
I'm not sure how/what Fallout 4 has for reflections/water reflecions. I know SE has some type of SSR but I was wondering (assuming the one you added for F4 is good) to SSE. I know you said you cant or it was too much FPS but curious now that you did it for that if SE is possible. I tested Reshade SSR and it was really nice reflections but it reflectedfeverything all buggy cause of SSR (polygon squares on terrain reflecting the UI into the water if I point camera down ect.) Just curious if there is anyway or anything you can do to much nice reflections mainly for water.
Thanks again; sorry for bothering about them. It's that last thing I care about for ENB/SE Visuals

No idea, will check, but water is okay with existing reflections, even that they are extremely ugly. SSR for water is not good thing mostly.

Checked lightning bolts, don't know how to make lights from them cause of their shape in fast way and don't want to involve days to program any tricky things. Problem is that shape can't be scaled to billboard of any kind.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.383
Well I have one idea how to fake it by using a stream of super fast particles with extremely short lives and a wide spread of particle speeds so that the visual effect ends up something like a series of flashes along the bolt but I am not sure if I can get it to look ok. But I'll play with it.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.383
Nope, generating particles from path is not a problem for me, but they have to be big size to influence objects, so they will cost a lot of performance then.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.383
But it will be on screen for only a few frames, lightning bolts are very short lived.
