It is Realistic Water Two.

I don't want to touch anyone else's creations so I'm afraid you need to fix it yourself by increasing "Depth Properties - Specular Lighting" closer to 1.0 or even to 1.0 for all affected water types.

I assume it was originally set lower to prevent the water close to shore looking completely transparent and might not have even caused issues with vanilla lighting.

Oww, doesn´t matter, that isn´t anoying, just weird, but nothing that breaks the immersion.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.390

Hi. I installed 0.390 today (with re-engaged preset), and have strange behavior, game each time at start recompile shaders, it says that ShaderCache=false, even if it's =true, I've doublechecked.
And enblocal.ini looks same as original one, i don't see any differences or typos or something. Also I've checked nvidia panel and shader cache enabled globally and for skyrim se too.
Last time i used enb it was ok, i also used re-engaged preset, but it was about 1-2 year ago.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.390

It is only me? or the Distant shadows effect isn't working, because i don't notice any difference. I'll post two screenshots with the effect enabled and disabled tomorrow.
Can anyone confirm that?.

SilentPrayerCG
It always do recompilation, caching just make this time shorter by skipping the most. Also shader cache resets if you change any setting.

Well, I've noticed that it sometimes recompiles it faster, probably when i didn't change anything in settings.
But what make thing that something wrong, that enb overlay tells me cache = false
it should be that way?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.390

If it display in enblocal.ini cache=false, it means you have enblocal.ini file in "enbseries" folder or using mod/plugin which increase startup time by skipping ini files reading (remove that mod).

Strange... i don't have any second enblocal.ini's, and i don't know about any mod that skips ini's, only mod i have that do something with game engine expect enb, it SSE fixes, but i don't see any ini related settings in it, and last time i used enb, i used same stuff and it was ok.

I also checked with just clean enb, without any foreign enb files, and it's same behavior...

ps
well, it says false, but enbcache folder have stuff int it
dataps.enbc
datavs.enbc
linkerps.enbc
lnkvers.enbc

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.390

Are you sure it says false in the editor? People so often misunderstand startup messages. There is no single reason to not have cache work when it's enabled, unless that mod/plugin installed or maybe some crapware messing with game process (like antivirus), but i doubt it, as files are there (even if they are big, more than 5 mb summary, maybe 40, i don't remember now). Make a screenshot where its say false.
