Of course it's possible to use older game version, but i doubt many people accept this. With source code and good guides it is possible faster release skse mod for updated game. I don't know why nobody yet made server for automatically building plugins each time bethesda update games and new skse version is available.

Users of my preset are starting to report the same night aurora "stained glass" effect I've previously reported in this thread, when sky effects are turned off. There is no aurora, instead colored polygons appear. If I turn sky effects on, the aurora is correctly rendered. This isn't related to new game shaders as the problem occurs in older versions of Skyrim. I might be the only preset author who disables sky effects, but it's the only way to achieve smooth coastal horizon blending without hand tuning sky parameters for every single weather.

I can't fix what can't see, so you have to find in which situation this occurs guaranteed and tell me (weaither id, some mods dependency, i don't know).

Well, i haven´t recived a response about developing an addon for SKSE with Automatic ambient calculation effect, maybe someday.
Hey boris, have you tried looking at the Ruvaak Dahmaan ENB, it has the reflections effect in the prepass section, do you think that you can add a similar effect to SE ENB or make something starting from that as an example? the problem with those reflections is that they are really weird, blurry and horrendous (disabled by default).

I mentioned that because i though that you could use that maybe as a guide to create your own effect because you said long time ago that you had a lot of problems trying to implement the Real time reflections effect, and this could be a start at least. :D

ENB: 0390, out of the box, no changes, no custom presets.

Hardware: Ryzen 1800x, AMD RX480 (8GB), latest AMD drivers.

Weather type: 10e1e3

Time: 1 (night)

SKY ENABLED on

Replication:
Untick/uncheck SKY ENABLED under SKY
Go to any outside loction (near Whiterun shown in screenshots).
console: FW 10E1E3
console: set gamehour to 1
look up.

Any weather with aurora will do.

Hmmm, i´ve tested with "iiENB 3" with your instructions and im also having that issue without the Sky effect enabled, also i just tested it with Rudy ENB SE (Obsidian Weathers) without Sky enabled and the same issue but this time is blinks ultra fast, but everything is normal with the SKY effect enabled, also my game is heavily modded btw.
