Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.405
Thanks for the update. Is there any settings in the ENB that can change the water color, I cant seem to figure our how to change it. The ENB preset I use makes the water a very light green/blue and id like to change it to look more like vanilla.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.405
Pardon me if this is the wrong place to ask, I've just opened this account to ask something and am not familiar with the forum layout yet.
The new 0.405 binary seems to be causing a couple of glitches in my New Vegas game, notably the ground texture in sky bug which appears after entering and leaving any interior cell once. This has never happened with the 0.322 version, so something must have changed in the new one.
Another I found is related to the Vigor Tester machine, all text and pictures disappear from the white background they are supposed to be on, while it's fine with the previous version. It's possible that there are other bugs, but so far I found these two.

Yes, this is correct place to report such things. But i need save game to see myself and fix.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.405
I could upload my savegame somewhere, but I'm not sure if it would load for you since my NV installation is heavily modded. Phlunder on Nexusmod's discord brought up a possible reason, quote
EDIT: I ran the sun texture from RWL through Ordenador (Texture Optimizer) and it fixed the sky bug for me. So Phlunder's theory is most likely correct.
I can certainly attest that the ground texture in sky bug is linked to a certain mod named Realistic Wasteland Lighting, because if I turn it off, the bug doesn't occur. The question is, how can it be fixed without either having to fix manually every buggy texture or killing the improvements you have made. Because if not for that, this new update would be incredibly helpful in performance. Both the latest Skyrim LE and FO3/FNV ENB updates that improved performance of the memory manager introduced some bugs with textures and their mip-map levels. Technically not Boris' fault as it only happened with textures that were saved improperly, but when he tried to fix it, the performance improvement was rolled back too.

In that case i can only give you test builds and partially revert in them code, till the moment things will work. But it's time consuming for you to try them all and report back

Version updated, download again
Reverted back almost all ENBoost optimization which do not work with some modded textures. Now performance gain exists only if textures are unusual size, like 6k, 3k resolutions.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.405
I can try out test builds to see if they work, since I have clear cases to check. The optimization gives very much needed improvements in performance, so finding a solution would be ideal.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.405
There is no solution to this problem on my side, the data passed from some textures is invalid and all mipmap levels must be generated automatically to fix issue, this is slow task. I tried to detect such textures and apply fixes just to them, but this didnt work for some textures in skyrim version, so i gave up.
PS: download mod again, most likely i fixed issues, no need test builds.
