TES Skyrim SE 0.408

The Elder Scrolls Skyrim SE (SSE)

Added MotionBluriness and Brightness parameters to rain and changed it code to make it less flat looking.
Also placed enbraindrops.dds in archieve as another version for more intense rain. If not need it, simply don't use it.

I always wondered, is it possible to add motion blur to only the actors and objects, similar to how RDR 2 does it?

Ehh, not sure, remembered that txaa have velocities, so maybe motion blur is possible compared to old skyrim. But just for certain objects, that's under doubt.

Hey Boris, is there any way to change the color for the fog applied to distant lands (in [Environment] section) and volumetric fog?

And I just read your comment about eternal loneliness. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry I've never gotten back to you when you add a new feature that I have asked for. Everyone in the community is really grateful for everything you do here.

I lurk for a long time; always reading threads even with technical stuff that goes over my head. Have appreciated your hard work for years. I'm sorry I have nothing constructive to say.

Many people post on places like Nexus and reddit when an ENB update comes out I notice. ENB invaluable to so many, and appreciate it too, I think they're just in the same boat as me.

For volumetric fog you can already play with the color filter adjustments. For [ENVIRONMENT] fog parameters not yet.....
