The Elder Scrolls Skyrim SE (SSE)
Added wet surfaces and rain wet surfaces. This effect in SE do not have specular map parameters because it's not rasterised like old Skyrim mod have.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415
Reporting: ... it doesn't seem to affect the environment, only some NPC-s. (not all - one NPC in Whiterun walked in rain, completely dry looking, while guards looked wet)
Ok, some things in the environment seem to have a wet looking glossiness (some stone walls next to roads, some ropes that are around some wooden poles)
but this glossines is always active, including on the sunny weather - even with the new effects disabled in the menu. Only disabling ENB completely will disable this glossiness. Some of the new Wet parameter toggles seem to have no effect. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this... maybe it's just something in my end.
Tested with rainy weather in Whiterun, then next to Whiterun stables and in Riverwood.
Anyway - Thanks for the upgrade.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415
I think you dont understand how it works. [RAINWETSURFACE] is only for detecting rain, but [WETSURFACE] is all the time applied.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415
Nevermind, please report anything, but describe very well so i could understand. I worked last nights, so maybe did some mistakes about parameters when they are applied.

Version updated, download again
Fixed bug with [RAINWETSURFACES] parameters applied even if it's not activated in [EFFECTS] category.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415
Tested on Boris' out-of-the box ENB - worked great, looks good, nice work Boris.
Effect doesn't seem to register on Rudy's, however. Tried:
- Turning off every other ENB effect apart from the new wet surface ones.
- Tuning all reflection options higher.
- Messing around with all wet surface options.
- Changing weathers.
Not sure why it isn't working on Rudy's - wonder if anyone else has same experience.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.415
Ababmer - It works, but maybe Boris can explain the difference between EnableWetSurfaces and EnableRainWetSurfaces, now I have to set both as active to see this effect during the rainy weather.
I understand that rain detection is automatic. Does it work with every weather mod?
EDIT: one more thing, seems that hair meshes are affected by the body reflection amount and the reflection amount, but maybe it's intentional.
EDIT 2: O.K. Now it's more clear to me. So, I must have both of these options active if I want to use Rainy Wet Surfaces and during the rainy weather the values from "Wet Surfaces" are overwritten by the values from "Rainy Wet Surfaces".
