Yeah, I think it is, its just a lot subtle now (instead of black its darker skintone). Im out on an errand right now, but will test further this evening.

It means automatic generation of mipmaps not work for your videocard/driver. What videocard you have? AMD? Intel? Did you tweak something in driver options? Did you try much older driver?
Try attached version, temporary variable 2 what value have? 222 or 777?

Alright, so I took some new images with smaller values (0, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3) and these are the results:

Couldnt really see any bugs but since the colors are a bit special I dont really know if they are gone or not. But hopefully the images can be of some help to you.

This is super weird, i thought mipmaps of cubemap do not work, so visualize them and tweak by that temporary variable which mip level to select and see no bugs. Hard to see any logic, maybe driver bug which occurs only in certain conditions, i dont know. Or maybe you simply don't have that bug in that camera angle, so i better make visualization only triggered by temporary variable 1.
Okay, so another test, temp var 1 is again switch, when set to 1.0 it is gonna visualize cubemap, so make screenshot of this value 0.0 with bug and then 1.0 so i could see where to look at with black area. When temporary var 4 is 1.0 (at the start), please change temp var 1 to 1, 2,3,4 and make screenshots for me.
Then tweak temporary variable 4 just by set it to 0.0, if bug disappear? And then increase by 1.0 up to 10 and see if bug changes somehow, getting wider or whole reflection turns to black maybe? And then make screenshots of those (no need so many screenshots, just when see things change much), but please use ~ to bring command, so camera and character don't move, to be sure i can understand how glossiness change by tempvar 4 tweak. Of course do this with glossiness itself set less than 1 in enbseries.ini, because now temporary variable 4 is multiplier of the mipmap lod.
Gosh, so much things, hope you understand. Sorry that it takes much time, hard to find issue, i try to visualize most suspicious things, but still didn't find what is going on. In the past i clamped cubemap result if it less than zero, so it kept bug but make it just non reflecting instead of black, so i decided to visualize cubemap purely, but then it do not have that negative result, which is unlogical, conflicting with previous test. So i have to find how to avoid that bug to happen.

I had something similar - mentioned it on 31 Mar 2020 (TES Skyrim SE 0.415 page 8)

But after that I havn't seen this anymore. (Of course, I constantly modify my settings, so it doesn't mean the bug isn't there anymore.)

Not a problem Boris, Ill test some more today. But yeah its weird, its a lot harder to reproduce the bugs now and I dont know why... Im a Nvidia user btw (RTX 2080 Ti).
Edit: Im having big problems in reproducing the bugs, I practically made Lydia nude and made her stand in heavy rain (good thing my wife or kids didnt see that... ) but couldnt see any black areas on her skin. None at all. And I tried several different angles. Which is good I guess, but still really weird... Ill make some more tests after work today.

Ok, since Im working from home right now I was able to do some more tests during my lunch. And this time I actually got pretty nice images of the bug, here goes:

Okay, i have idea now. Most likely it's some object (or it's lod) is rendered to game cubemap as negative color. Maybe by mods, maybe as game bug, i don't know. So when such object appears in reflection, that black thing occurs. I can only clamp value, not a full fix, but at least without black visuals. Now another test to check this theory. With var 1 set to zero (or below 1 at least) find when bug occurs, then set it to 1.0 and to 2.0 and make screenshots. If whole body will have black thing everywhere, i am wrong. If similar to your previous screenshots with half face black, then i am right and it's not bug of the mod, so i will make clamping only to avoid blackness.
