TES Skyrim 0.436

The Elder Scrolls Skyrim (TES Skyrim, Скурим свитки)

Graphic mod ENBSeries / patch ENBoost

Improved precision of game shadows and increased quality of detailed shadows at cost of performance. Fixed WindowLight parameters applied to wrong objects.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.436

Hi, thanks for the update! What does the DisableEyesShadow parameter do exactly? Aside from the obvious - if it's really only disabling the shadow on eyes, why would you want to do that lol?

Hi, Exalerion. Remember me??
You should really join Boris' Discord channel. There's a lot of helpful information there.
So, Boris posted this on Discord right before he updated the binary to .436 this morning (US Pacific time)...

"...fixes black area above eye and below lip like these bugs on picture.
There are some other things, but it's only visible in comparison. I reworked fix for that non shadowed line light sources have in vanilla game."

Hope all is well with you and also hope your Revenant update is coming along.
Stay safe, my friend, and join Boris' discord for some great insight.

Hey gialloman01, of course I remember you, haha!

I'm not really into Discord and stuff like that, I guess I'm kinda old fashioned in that way lol, but I've just joined. However, I'm not able to find that post of Boris you mentioned (I assume it should be under "announcements").. Anyway, I'm not familiar with that bug as described so it doesn't really matter for my ENB I guess.

Yeah, my Revenant ENB is going to get a massive overhaul. It's actually going to be very similar to the "Vividian ENB - Weather and Lighting" mod (LE id 36067) in terms of content and what is addresses (ENB + weather/lighting/audio combined) to get the best out of the ENB and the weather mod it is designed for, although my overhaul will be more extensive and include lots of fixes and tweaks for CoT/VCaF and weather/sound patches, including a reworked True Storms mod/patch, new weathers and ENB weathers. Of course it will still only be for CoT as I'm shaping it to my own preference/ENB.

But uhhm, we probably shouldn't be discussing my ENB here much more lol

Re: TES Skyrim 0.436

So, if you're having trouble finding the quote...

Look under the "Lobby" section and scroll up several hours worth of chatting dated 23/07/20. When you see the GIF of a guy crossing his fingers, Boris will comment, "Okay, published".

Read a lot of the statements made the hour before that comment. This section will explain a lot about the DisableEyesShadow parameter.
Can't wait for your ENB update, by the way!!

Take care.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.436

So far, working as intended.

I just need a clarification regarding the EnableCubemap feature for RAINWETSURFACES. Would I need have a separate image file with a cubemap texture to use this?

Additionally, a request. Is it possible having a separate .ini file (under _weatherlist.ini) to have it as settings for interiors, as in forcing all interiors (regardless of any particular weathers) to use those settings in this new .ini file?
