That's exactly what I deleted. Are you sure we are talking about the same bug ?
I marked it on the following picture. It's best visible at night.
TES Skyrim SE 0.452

Yes, that's exactly the same thing. And it does vanish if you delete the mesh what causes it. Of course deleting mesh also removes the glow, so if you want to keep it you would need to tweak the blending and/or shaders.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.452
For some reason, deleting the mesh does not make the bug go away for me. I even extracted the vanilla campfire01burning.nif from 'meshes0.bsa' with BSA Browser and deleted the glow from it - still bug. Can you send me the file you fixed ? If the bug is still there, it must be something else.

Sure: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kaaXrb ... sp=sharing
It's not really "fix" since I simply deleted the glow for testing purposes.
Maybe you're using a mod that replaced the campfire object with something else?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.452
EDIT: It must be something else, because I copied another fire (a fireplace fire - there is no bug in fireplaces) to a temporary location, renamed it to campfire01burning.nif and replaced the original campfire01burning.nif with the renamed (other fire) file. Now the fire looked a bit different, but the bug is still there.

I didn't mark the bug in the first image but you can see it against the grass at the right side.

Yes, there are few different fire objects that are used for various purposes which use the same type of glow, and they all of course share the same bug as well.
