Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

Which saturation are you talking about? I don't have any other ideas what could cause the bug for fixing it.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

Found a problem with this new version, seems to be caused by the objects post processing. Whenever I switch it to use original objects post processing it goes away. I made sure i tested 0.113 again, as well as other ENB set ups, to check if i messed something up myself, but it is definitely a problem with ENB 0.114. Have only noticed it on the rocks with snow on top of them, the regular terrain snow is fine. I also tried turning off skylighting, didn't change a thing. This is right outside of Winterhold, so if anybody else can double check that would be great, and like i said its only on the rocks sticking out of the ground, not the actual ground itself.

Sky saturation, Boris. It's seems like the sky washes out to white very easily unless gradient intensity is decreased heavily, but that in turn also makes the sky ugly because of the loss of saturation (desaturation already at 0.0).

I haven't had time to do enough testing, yet, so I'm certainly not saying it's an unmanageable issue.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

Updated 114 fixed sky over-brightness for me. Here's what sky values I'm using:
CloudsIntensityDay=1.1
CloudsIntensityNight=0.9
CloudsCurveDay=1.8
CloudsCurveNight=1.0
CloudsDesaturationDay=0.0
CloudsDesaturationNight=0.0

GradientIntensity=0.4
GradientDesaturation=0.0

GradientTopIntensityDay=7.7
GradientTopIntensityNight=4.1
GradientTopCurveDay=1.4
GradientTopCurveNight=1.4

GradientMiddleIntensityDay=4.0
GradientMiddleIntensityNight=6.1
GradientMiddleCurveDay=1.4
GradientMiddleCurveNight=1.4

GradientHorizonIntensityDay=3.0
GradientHorizonIntensityNight=8.6
GradientHorizonCurveDay=1.2
GradientHorizonCurveNight=1.3

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

The newest version of 0.114 fixed that sky issue for me too (make sure to redownload, just in case). Here are my settings for the sky (I changed GradientIntensity from "0.8" to "0.6" to retain the old look, was only minor difference, but makes clouds more visible against rather clear bright skies):

Code: Select all

[SKY]
Enable=true

StarsIntensity=2.0
StarsCurve=1.2

AuroraBorealisIntensity=0.9
AuroraBorealisCurve=0.4

CloudsIntensityDay=2.0
CloudsIntensityNight=1.6
CloudsCurveDay=3.7
CloudsCurveNight=4.5
CloudsDesaturationDay=0.0
CloudsDesaturationNight=0.0

GradientIntensity=0.6
GradientDesaturation=0.6

GradientTopIntensityDay=4.9
GradientTopIntensityNight=1.0
GradientTopCurveDay=1.7
GradientTopCurveNight=3.2

GradientMiddleIntensityDay=3.5
GradientMiddleIntensityNight=0.8
GradientMiddleCurveDay=1.7
GradientMiddleCurveNight=2.9

GradientHorizonIntensityDay=2.0
GradientHorizonIntensityNight=0.6
GradientHorizonCurveDay=1.7
GradientHorizonCurveNight=2.9

SunIntensity=5.5
SunDesaturation=0.0
SunCoronaIntensity=1.0
SunCoronaCurve=3.2
SunCoronaDesaturation=0.0

MoonIntensity=2.1
MoonCurve=0.2
MoonDesaturation=0.0

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

Uh, i know why the sky looks different now, in previous versions i removed one of color factor in the shader for the sky which gives much brighter sky in the night at some weather. In new version for one of the weather type (green foggy with green sun) this parameter restored.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

I am still having issues with the shadows, no matter what I use for the ini settings.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.114 beta

1. How to solve the problem with the backlight of water. In the morning seems to look normal. But at night, as if there had a light bulb)).
2. The clouds in the mountains can not be edited like that? And the fact that they are black.
3. Is it possible to reduce the overall coverage of a game or something to do with adaptation for the sky is now strongly contrasting black and white clouds much)), but the total is almost like night lights in the morning)))
4. How to solve a problem with grain effect, if you stand in the shadows.
