Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.475
That parameter exists from eternity for old skyrim and it was always for loading screen and game menu. Now you tell me it is not, because don't have "menu" in its name. I could understand such things asked by new users, but not from somebody who spent many years with it.

I'm talking about the NEW thing. >>> what does this "Disabled effects for custom game menu screens" do ?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.475
Hmm
I don't want to take sides but in fact I also got a little confused. I like enb effects in menu/loading screens and in inventory also.
What's the meaning of taking off the ignoreloadingscreen and igonreinventory from enblocal.ini ?
Will enb effects be active on menu /loading screens / inventory by default or off by default.
And if it's off by default, does that mean we won't have way to enable it again?
Thank in advance .

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.475
Less people think - the better. Mod was not designed to have effects in the non gameplay things like loading screens, inventory and so on, so to stop any complains now forced off.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.475
How is inventory non-gameplay ?
Or lock picking menu ?
Or book menu ?
It's an immersive experience to open book or pick a lock in the same lighting conditions as the place where these things are.
Who complains about that ? If there is an option to turn these effects on and off for the menus, then there should be no complaining. People who complain when they have options, are stupid and should be ignored. Real reason for complaining is when there are no options at all.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.475
So theres no more ENB effects in either loading screens or inventory whatsoever? Thats really a shame since I really liked them, and I also have a few mods which are making good use of them (the startscreen for example). Also Boris, you are taking a our feedback too serious, theres no reason (imo) to remove these effects completely just because a few users (including myself) had a few questions about the enblocal.ini. I mean, you can do what you like of course, its your mod, but I would really like the effects to still be available in the enblocal.ini...
Edit: All in all, I love your work man but in this case it would have been helpful with a short description like: "Disabled effects for custom game menu screens (change parameter IgnoreLoadingScreen=false to true in enblocal.ini if you want to keep the effect)" because I actually wasn't aware of this (despite the parameters existence for several years...). Cheers and take care!

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.475
You could always set them to off by default, and make the option more prominent in the GUI. I, like several others, enjoy having the option very much. If someone complains about something they can change with a single button click, they just aren't looking hard enough. On the other hand, taking the option away only satisfies a small group of complainers while upsetting a lot of people who use it :/
