Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.477

Hi, thanks for the update!
Is there a chance that in the future the cloud shadow effect will be corrected for light sources located not close, but far away?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.477

No, i did current fix as a solution with minimal performance cost. Full fix in dx11 is very much performance costly.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.477

Thank you very much for the answer!
And a question about Skylighting:
Skylighting makes objects darker or lighter at a certain distance from the object, see the video (). In the video, the Skylighting effect is twisted to the maximum for clarity, in the tuned preset it is not so noticeable, but still noticeable and limits the possibility of using Skylighting. Is there any way to avoid this, or is it a feature of Skylighting?

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.477

It's shadow resolution changes at some distance and it's used to compute effect.

Added ExpandHDR parameter to the [WATER] category which is required if you are using sky intensities over 25, but it may decrease performance on SLI or other multi gpu setups.

Reduced line transition bug some meters away from camera of skylighting effect. Added new parameters to access in the ENB SDK, like weather and time.

Hey Boris, the cloud shadow effect creates a terrain seam on the border to unloaded cells. Not sure if it always was the case, just noticed it today. Here a comparison with effect toggled on/off:
