Reporting:
Water gets stripes in certain places and lighting conditions.
It's the SunLightingMultiplier parameter.
In Whiterun: (open the image in new tab and zoom in to see how exactly it looks in game)
Location (coming up from the stairs and towards Gildergreen tree)
Game time: about 12 (use console command: "set gamehour to 12")
Weather: sunny (console command: "fw 10e1ee")

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.494
Will not fix, it's just nitpicking. Improving some exotic conditions require in times degrade performance of tracing effects like water shadow or volumetric water shadow, as i understand from the screenshot. Quality is already too high and the reason people prefer CS.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.494
Hi. Can you toggle effects to find out which do this? Maybe ao and skylighting as primary culprits. And what conditions this happens, what should i do to see myself

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.494
Hi, i enabled 'EnableRainWetSurfaces' again but this time i disabled 'EnableCubemaps' and it works. Maybe i did something about it, maybe some weird cubemap that some mod added cause this. I don't know.
