Hi guys,
my game with ENB is working perfectly. I downloaded the mod Dynamic Cubemaps SE, and when I tick the box "ApplyCubemapsEverywhere", the game becomes amazing to see.
But, whatever I do (I save everything I can save), when I leave the game, then load the game back, the ApplyCubemapsEverywhere box is disabled.
Did I something wrong ?

It is how it works. Forcing effect everywhere is only for debugging purposes and breaks mods. Things must be done properly by applying this feature for mods, not globally.

Ok thank you I think I understood how it works.
For every Cubemap texture I want to be used as ENB Dynamic Cubemap, I have to manually find the .dds texture in the mod file, then replace it by a 1x1 black picture. Then, everything works fine I suppose.

Yes, except not all, some mods will look wrong with dynamic one.
