But i don't understand the people that use the "Rain effect" with the ENB...!!? He look like "ice peaks", not realistic!!!

This is a hard ENB to stop using. Its a good thing though because I need a break from the dials.

And since you say you like Kountervibe, well this preset is made up of mostly Oyama parts with my own sweetfx settings. Maybe I should call it FranKenstein Extensive 
I will eventually release it here but this is one preset I might actually put some effort into getting right. I just saw today that my in-game brightness was not at the default setting so I had to do some more tweaking with lighting. I always thought your preset and shots were very nice though
