There seems to be issues on Karthspire Redoubts sky when particle patch folder is active. ( Those segmented lines )

Coc KarthspireRedoubtStart to verify.

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Is there something that could be done to this:

DirectLighting parameters cause this. To avoid it, directlighting should be tuned down so much that everything turns flat - no more light-shadow contrast. (which is bad)

Steam and DirectLighting should be separated maybe. (Or decreased the DirectLighting influence to steam 5 times, or change the steam so that it would not turn opaque when increasing Directlighting.)

Yes, there are a few possible solutions. I'll take a look.

They are fully compatible (ENB Light must overwrite PP) up to the point where there's a PP update which I haven't covered yet.

Oh, that explains it.

So it is better to wait until Particle Patch is updated and then wait until ENB Light is updated after the Particle Patch and then update them both - first Particle Patch and then ENB Light.

Alright, the latest binaries have a new [PARTICLE] parameter called "LightingInfluence" that you can use to control how much direct lighting affects a specific type of water related particles.

Multiplier at 1.0, how it was with previous binaries when direct lighting intensity was increased:

Reduced multiplier with the latest binaries:

Set the parameter as per time of day (and weather) and you should be good to go.

Particle patch updated too, increasing the number of affected objects as well as adding some improved particle textures, nothing fancy but I wanted to get rid of the pixelation I noticed with some objects and add a bit more definition. Maybe more later.

Right now the only incompatibility would be the dunmer lanterns, it's up to you how important that is for you.

Hey Mindflux. I saw that the lightsprite of the nirnroot is reacting to the firesetting. is that changeable?
