@Jafin: Aren't you working on Opethfeld's ENB? I can not see any similarities. It looks complete different. Is this still Opethfeld's ENB or somethin else?

Kontrapunkt
It's still Opethfeldt's ENB... sorta... it's kinda taken on a life of its own though so there are some significant differences, particularly in interiors. However, it's got all the same shaders, except I'm using Matso's Lens shader (Opeth hadn't added one yet) and prod80's effect.txt with sharpening and noise (it just wasn't sharp enough). I'm still using the same weather .esp (though I've made a few changes here and there) and the same weather .ini's (condensed a bit though because a .ini for EVERY weather is just a lot to handle). In short, I've done a lot, so I'm going to be releasing it (in the next day or two I hope) under a new name, Lumen ENB. All with Opeth's permissions of course When you see it in game, and in some of the screenshots in my flickr album, there's a lot more familiar with Opethfeldt than not... perhaps just a little more refined. His settings were all based on really quite old binaries and a lot has changed since then.

Here is that grass texture. You might have to rename it depending on which grass mod you have installed.snsmac wrote:@Madtomato
Where can i find this grass texture?
I don't have a grass mod, so I just renamed it fieldgrassobj01, and placed it in textures/landscape/grass

Re: TES Skyrim
I was wondering if someone could help me with an ENB issue.
When ever there is blood splash on the snow it's in a square box.
I thought it was a texture issue, but I recently loaded up Grim Winter ENB
and Kountervibe ENB, and in those presets the blood shows up fine.
Does anyone know what setting I should adjust to fix this?
Edit 1: I think I figured it out. When I disable Subsurface Scattering the issue was fixed.
I will just have to play around with the Subsurface settings. Rudy ENB characters looks
great with the current settings. Hopefully I can retain that, and fix the snow blood issue.
The picture was taken with Rudy ENB.
Edit 2: Lowering the Amount setting under Subsurface Scattering fixes the issue completely.
Setting it to 0.0 from Rudy's 0.35 made the box around blood completely disappear. Unfortunately,
it also removes the soft glow on the skin texture. I'll keep messing around with it. I may also try
other snow textures and see if that helps.

Re: TES Skyrim
Its a slightly tweaked version of Kountervibe preset. I tried playing around with the bloom but I think its the AA which is having the biggest effect. Ah the joys of tweaking!Jafin16 wrote:Madtomato
It looks to me like the blur you're getting in the image you posted is most likely from high bloom. Prod gave a few things to play with, so try those out. What preset are you using, btw? Or is it custom?

Really? It doesn't look like the AA to me in the screenshot but if it is then there are really just 3 options. 1) Deal with it (bad option for screenshots) 2) Turn off AA and say hello to jaggies (also a bad option) or 3) Downsample (costly but good option).
I guess another idea is to use a different AA method for screens. Disabling smaa and edge aa will get rid of the blur, then turn on temporal aa to get rid of the jaggies. There are a variety of reasons why that's not an ideal solution but still may help. If it's for screenshots and performance isn't an issue, downsampling is the way to go.
