Camera effects (Lens Distortion/Chromatic aberration)

@Ivars: it's GLSL not HLSL, it would need translation, and this can be difficult in some cases. Working ATM to get the chroma abberaration into single-pass effect.txt.

One question, how could I reduce the dots in the corner of the screens without reducing the overall blurry effect. If increase values too much those dots cover a lot of the screen space.

Здраститя, я хотел бы узнать можно ли эффект lens flare переместить с горизонтальной плоскости на вертикальную.
