Re: TES Skyrim
PMind: Thanks. That shot with the torch on the wall looks especially intriguing. I don't know what exactly is going on right there, but I like the play of light on the bump map.
Trillville: Couple of really well-composed shots in that set. That incarnation of the ENB surely brings out the detail on those textures.
Ronnie: I've encountered that effect in-game myself a couple of times. But I didn't take head what config it was. Might have been HD6's, or Confidence Man's ENB. I use so many and mix them up so often that it's hard to keep track. I'll pay some attention next time I get it.
Dorak: was that you in that vid Ronnie linked to? Mind telling me how you managed that bob and weave effect and the tweaks on FP play?

Re: TES Skyrim
Personally thought I caught the lighting well here for a nice semi-realistic like look.

Re: TES Skyrim
Absolutely, UW. Looks damn good. I that a WIP config there?
I can never really tell when people are posting screenshots because they're testing\tweaking a config, or if they are posting impressive shots from just playing around.
For example... this is from tweaking Realistic Lighting to get my nights the way I want them without using ENB's lighting parameters. I liked the lighting in this one. Dark, but still shows little details and shadows.
Still hoping someone out there can explain these to me, and what changing them will affect:
EDIT: adding this question to my signature.

Code: Select all
DetectorDefaultDay=false
DetectorLevelDay=0.65
DetectorLevelNight=0.25
DetectorLevelCurve=1.1

Re: TES Skyrim
Think I might switch my other monitor on later and have a play with eyefinity, get some real widescreen shots. xD

Re: TES Skyrim
UW, I like the lighting in those shots a lot. The fact that your always holding that sword and that I don't know how you do that bugs me though. Continuously. Must investigate.
James, that sheepskin looks realistically real for real. Incredible.
