Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Like I posted in the the thread for v.224 then for some reason then smoke and the glow from braziers etc. seems to have stopped responding to the particleintensity parameter.

No clue what have changed from v.221 to v.224 but it stopped. Since Boris cannot replicate the issue then it must be mesh related.
I have tried to use a few now, and they all have the same issue.
If you got some idea on what is going on mindflux then I am all ears.. since it is rather annoying to have such intense smoke and lighting everywhere.

Aiyen
I found what could be the problem for you, probably because i added extra protection to disable processing if not all parameters of shaders exist. But if it is, i need to find out why old version work for me the same way as latest, then will do fix.

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Nice to hear boris! Hope you figure it out, since I am at a loss. I have been able to adjust the smoke and glow intensity with smoke for god knows how many versions now. It just stopped at v.223.

I have tried to isolate the meshes as well. As far as I can tell then its the .../meshes/effect/fxfirewithembers...
that are responsible for braziers etc.

I do use mindflux´s meshes for these in particular.

Yes, the issue is most likely caused by shaders not having certain flags enabled. I can fix the issue through meshes as well in case that's preferred.

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Hello! I have a question about Pools of Oil . I do not know how to make them look nice with the new v224. Any help about what I need to tweak to improve them? Actually they look so bright at the preset that I use. The only way to make them looks well it's using UseOriginalObjectsProcessing, but this avoid all my Environment settings.

I was able to get better results tweaking a very old enbeffect file, but with the new version... well, do not know how to adapt it properly. If someone know how to make them don't look so bright, I will be very thankful.Boris told me that better ask in this topic, so, I move my question here.

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Shouldn't be too much of a problem, I'll check.

It's hard to test since I don't have such an issue, but well, try this one: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/894 ... le01_1.zip

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Thank you so much for your time and effort.

Didn't worked, so there must be a big issue with my tweaking. Probably I will have in front of my face and i am not able to see it yet.

Much appreciated :)

Where to find that oil? I'd like to look on it, if it's affected by new water modifications or not.

Boris
Here's a clean save: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/894 ... .01.25.zip. Better turn on tgm and tcai beforehand.

Mith
Sorry, like said it's difficult to test without having the issue. If you want to, you can send me your ENB files and I can take a better look.

Here's another test: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/894 ... le01_2.zip
