Re: Fallout New Vegas 0.150
Fallout version can't be without vendor hack (no aa), because all effects depends from it, compare it to 0.108 is bad idea. And i can't develop two mods different by performance and quality, headashe to syncronize changes in each of them? No thanks. The only sense i see is to add extreme quality for future generations of hardware.

That sounds good. Can always turn down sizescale and whatnot to compensate for the higher render resolution.

I just logged in to tell you to keep doing your great work. I appreciate the efforts put into fallouts.
edit: Are there any settings for shadows? I would like to reduce their intensity as they as a bit too "opaque" for my tastes. But I reaaaaaaaaaallllllly love them. Just want to reduce their visual impact.

Okay I played a bit more with the new shadows effect and all I have to say is WOW !!!!!!! Amazing job!
I swear Boris, you give us a way to control the opaqueness of shadows and fix glitches on characters and I will have a new god to worship: YOU!
Allow me one high res shot from my old config!

Really, all you'd have to do to make all my Fallout dreams come true would be to fix the human-related shadows. Other than that, amazing work!

If you turn on SSAO and tweak it the shadows get softened. Bit of a perf hit though. They're meant to go together.Wanny wrote:I just logged in to tell you to keep doing your great work. I appreciate the efforts put into fallouts.

I absolutely love the addition of detailed shadows; it definitely helps give New Vegas more depth, visually that is.

Re: Fallout New Vegas 0.150
Shadows depends from ambient color in the game, so edit weather or wait when i'll find better solution.
