I think it is safe to say that there are some performance increases, on my system at least.
edit: no overclock on GPU running @ 925Mhz. stock speeds here

The comparison was between 0.182 and the wrapper file Boris posted on page 3 in this thread, not between 0.182 and 0.168. but good to know that there has been performance improvements since 0.168.

No, it's just hardware architecture specific, not dx, drivers or os.

I was using the injector version here anyways.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.182
These new versions of ENB are great. Last time I used ENB is 0.119 and its sad to see many ENB modifiers are sticking with that because of SMAA. I was quite worried about just the EdgeAA and the TAA but man do I see great results with just EdgeAA on and I'm sure that's way better on performance. All the new configuration options are amazing. Just wish everyone would just move on and stick with the EdgeAA and new TAA.

Easy to do sometimes
Performance difference should be non existing between wrapper and injector binary, injector is made for compatibility for the Optimus graphics and some programs I can't remember right now.

I agree with you about TAA and EdgeAA. I personally hate SMAA. It's overrated imo. Besides it's a necessary option now cause EdgeAA and TAA both make images too blurry. Since we couldn't use MSAA, SMAA might be considerable option for some of us.
PS: TAA still doesn't work on my computer. I wanna throw myself off a bridge :///

Well.... What would be the best choice for YOU as an harware update, considering what you want to achieve, your own goals ?
