Re: TES Skyrim 0.414

it's just a coincidence, but I watched this a few days ago:

As insignificant as it may be, +1 user here still following "old" Skyrim ENB development. And persistent thanks, Boris, for your continued efforts.

Ever since Skyrim SE was released, general interest in Oldrim has gotten really low. But Oldrim is 9 years old too, so users can't really be blamed... If it weren't for ENB, I'd switch to SE in a second.

Btw Boris... Maybe I'm asking for too much here, but is it possible to add a code editor in GUI with a save/reload function plus the error message/debugger in the editor? ReShade has it and it's very useful. :)

Yes. That’s a point... but I can tell you Oldrim still haves a very strong audience and a lot people preferring it to SE, seeing some’s reactions when knowing I was working on updating my presets.
But I guess doing volumetric clouds is something very time-consuming for many reasons, especially bugs chasing with this game.
People are going nuts over the fact that you're back, David. They truly love your work!

Re: TES Skyrim 0.414

Shader editor is not an easy thing to implement, need some middleware with almost all things done to render editor itself, somehow make it not conflict with the one i already use, block all input from game. I dont want anything but graphics modding really, it's not fun for me and not challenge.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.414

Boris, I know I'm already boring :) , but I have a small problem with glossiness, I can't set the value below 0.85 because artifacts start to appear in motion:

Is it fixable at all?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.414

Not sure what should i look at. Bright areas change brightness in reflection when moving camera? It is caused by hardware bilinear downsampling of mipmaps, saving performance and development time for me. I can try make it look better with almost no performance loss, but only if antialiazing is middle quality or higher.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.414

Pay attention to the barrel's reflection, as I will lower the glossiness it start to "jump"
This video is recorded with antialiasing set to high.
I can record another video if it is invisible.
