The Elder Scrolls Skyrim (TES Skyrim, Скурим Свитки)
Graphic mod ENBSeries 0.149 (topic renamed from 0.148)
Changes:
Ssao/ssil code changed to ignore ambient lighting for ssil, so ssao is less affected by ssil if no lights near by.
Variable for water transparensity fix moved from [WATER] category to [FIX] and named now FixSsaoWaterTransparency.
FixSsaoHairTransparency - This makes ssao/ssil/reflections to be computed with transparent objects which did not recieve or generate effects properly in older versions. For example eye brows, partially hair. This is not truly computation for these objects types, but should be better than in older versions and almost performance free.
FixTintGamma - this is very specific issue fix, affect hair colors and bodies, but i tried to make it in the past and saw that many body mods have artifacts with it. Issue is with small difference in colors between parts of model, they are very much noticable when this enabled and ColorPow is set greater than 1. But this variable is solution to brighter hairs than vanilla.
ExteriorEnable, InteriorEnable - these two located under [REFLECTION] category and control condition when effect applied. I'm not yet sure about rainy weather, will do deeper research, may be activating may give better look.

It's good to see that You're working on fixing things. I think that at the current state of project, we don't need more effects, only quality and stability. Once I'll get my hands on new PC I'll make final version of my config, realistic one, similar to Boris style, with all the effects enabled and set to as realistic values as possible. Thanks for all Your efforts Boris!

Boris
You're the man
However, could you please put back the link to 0.146 for Nexus users to download ?
My PM box will be overloaded in no time.....
You're going too fast for us tweakers to adapt as fast
BTW, you forgot to remove the '[WATER]' section in the ini.
Oh, and one last thing..... what about the factors in enbbloom.fx ?.... Just kidding, Boris.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.148
Version 0.148 not differ by visuals (if tint fix not enabled) or performance from 0.146, so i will not restore 0.146.
