[Fallout NV] Black sky

Hi, I have a problem with ENB.

With ENB disabled my game looks like this:



With ENB enabled it looks like this:



I've tried using versions 0.118, 0.150, and 0.173 with multiple different profiles. All mods are disabled for the above screenshots.
Anyone have a fix for this?

Fixed it: HDR has to be on.
