Independent ENB UI scaling

It would be useful if there was an option to resize the ENB in game UI independent of the games resolution.

When rendering at high resolutions, it can be difficult to tweak settings from within the game because the text gets small enough that you can't read it well. It would be nice if there was an option in the settings to set the UI to something like "2x scale" and make it render twice as large as usual, allowing people who are downsampling to conveniently tweak within games.
