I have recently started using Tetrachromatic ENB (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73848) for Skyrim, but I can't find any option to configure motion blur. Is it available?
I would like to enable it because I am getting relatively low FPS (~45) and what seems to be some microstuttering. I use motion blur with Skyrim Reloaded (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75954/?) on my other Mod Organizer profile, and I think it really helps to reduce the annoyance of the microstuttering.
Is there motion blur for Skyrim ENB's?

Nope, but I guess you could use both ENB and Skyrim Reloaded at the same time to use the latter's Motion Blur.
Or, you could enable ENB's long exposure mode for a similar effect.
