The Elder Scrolls Skyrim SE (SSE)
Added ColorPow parameter. Removed fake specular from water and added mudness parameter.
So, with color power parameter you can make game look almost same as old Skyrim presets do.

Great updates recently, Boris!
I'm guessing underwater is next on the list?

Yes, better underwater effects would be great, but take your time.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.380
Boris,
Thanks for the update but, I am having an issue
I am getting noticable seem now. You can see here where I disable the water effect on and off. Plus, the water color (with adjustment of mudiness) doesn't always appear right away. Sometimes I have to get into the water and then it trigger. Then you can almost see the line in which the color affect is active and changes the water further out as you walk. Almost like pop in. I tried both with RW2 and Pure Water mod. I tried switching options with RW2 such as no watercolor and with watercolor. I didn't have this issue with 378 or 379.
Water On:

Water Off:

So, its almost like the effect only shows up in a imaginary box around the player. As the play that box moves with the player showing the water effect. So, the seam in the shots above move with me as I move.

Sorry, imgur other size options were tiny. I just wanted to make sure you could clearly see it haha. I tried to put in spoiler but, that didn't work either. I just edited to the links.
Anyways, thanks for looking into it. Not sure if this helps as well but,
Here you can see standing outside of water no mudiness effect at first.

Then, I jump in and it triggers

As I climb out, it stays on for a minute (you can see the square around me)

Anyways, hope the shots will help in some way. Thanks for what you do Boris.
