Graphic mod ENBSeries / patch ENBoost 0.413

Added wet surfaces effect and it's parameters. Turned on preshaders option for shader compiler by request. Fixed lens effect not tweakable from one of previous updates.

Does anyone having issues with external shaders and things in general in this version?

I tried binaries 413.

I meet issues.

1) the enb doesn't work (no activation/ no effects/ it's vanilla)
2) i crash everytime i go outside.

Maybe wait other feedbacks.

I come back to latest 0.407, all is perfect.

I tried the attached version.

good new!
It works.
The enb is activated and i don't crash outside.

However, i checked the "wet surfaces".
I don't see any differences with/without.
