Version updated, download again
Added OptimizeSmallRange to complex particle and fire lights. When disabled, small particles can be scaled up like in Skyrim LE version but at cost of performance.
In other words, this is toggle for optimization made in that version viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6110

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.466
Reporting:
It seems that with the latest binaries (0,466) the Complex Particle Lights are not working. With v. 0,465 they work fine.
Also, the game map and sometimes the world goes black with the latest version (0,466) when switching ENB off and on. (map goes black partially or fully)
And some graphical glitches in the sky, sometimes, not all the time. No such things with previous version.

Works properly for me, with particle lights. The only thing i can do is give you test builds, but need to arrange time, i can't do this on the forum several days.

Ok, I'll wait for the test builds. The same glitch happens for some other players in Nexus.

Sorry for the delay. Here are the files: https://dropmefiles.com/lpP7s
Also here is a picture, explaining the particle lights problem: (Torchbugs with ENB Light)
Edit: I had the version numbers wrong on the picture (4.065 and 4.066 instead of 0.465 and 0.466) Fixed the picture.

Where results of the test?
And try redownload 0.466 version, maybe you got first one, before it was updated.

Re: TES Skyrim SE 0.466
Oh, right. The test versions both worked.
And also you're right - I downloaded the latest version again and now it works. Weird, because I previously downloded the latest version right after the update message. (But now I downloaded it again and the modified date of the d3d11.dll is newer)
