Restored ENBSeries 0.484 for TES Skyrim SE. Fixed uv seams for parallax materials with compressed textures by ignoring parallax with heights in range 124-130, so armor and weapons can have parallax without glitches, if textures properly made. Changed parallax shadows to softer version to reduce visibility of texture compression bugs.

Updated ENBSeries 0.483 for TES Skyrim SE without version change. Added ability to load and replace decal textures inside the game to simplify their editing, check profiler tab of editor window. Added depth bias for transparent parallax meshes to avoid z-fighting. Complex parallax decals also can be made from usual meshes to support their transparency.

Published ENBSeries 0.482 for TES Skyrim SE. Added complex parallax effect for terrain, it adds two pass parallax occlusion mapping. Added shadows for complex terrain parallax, from sun light and all point lights. By performance it's much worse than complex parallax for regular objects because several textures are traced at same time, so be careful with quality parameters in your presets.
