Re: GTA V
Huge thanks for GTA V IL AO and Fake Char Light disable toggle!
I noticed there is a lot of texture surface shimmering with ENB AO enabled. Is that normal? 8s that what the de-noiser changes z fixes, controls?

Re: GTA V
Thanks! I will try those settings. Do you know exactly what denoiser does? I assume it reduces noise caused by AO? I am not sure if I've ever seen such noise... Noise can be a good thing, especially if it's like dithering because it can reduce gradients and banding.random23 wrote:Can you post a screenshot/video? If you're talking about AO shimmering, it can be due to low resolution of the effect, try using ResolutionScale=1.0, also try to disable selfintersecting mode and see if it helps.

Re: GTA V
I don't think there's a situation in which noise created by AO can be viewed as a good thing. But usually you don't need denoiser if AO quality is high enough. Also, i just remembered that certain aomixingtypes can produce artifacts in gta5, so maybe this is the problem? I personally use AOMixingType=2.

Re: GTA V
Start of a new project. NaturalVision Remastered Mod + Custom ENB .. focusing on realism. I love how AO IL adds extra detail and by tweaking the AmbientUP and AmbientDown just right gives it a realistic effect.
