ENBSeries v0.075b for Resident Evil 4

Warning! Water refraction activated. Hot keys that previously used for shadows and reflection now for DepthOfField and MotionBlur activation/deactivation.
v0.075a: Added new parameter UseCharacterLigting for controlling additional lighting for main characters, unfortunately this effect not work for some videocard drivers, so just disable this, also not only characters affected at this time. Lighting parameters for this effect increased to make it more noticable.
