ENBSeries v0.086 SPEED IMPLANT

This is patch reduce "stuttering" and applying speedhack to increase frame rate. Increased caching time and cache loading time in compare to previous version, added parameter UpperFPSLimit for reducing overheat of some videocards. No graphic changes are made in this version.
Those "lagging" depends from amount of precached files in folder "enbcache", so better to walk first by some different levels to accumulate them. Complete cache contain too many files to handle by videodriver (it crashes), but amount of files depends from graphical options of the game and videocard model, so no prob. The longer time you play, less stuttering you'll see.

"enbcache" folder contating some files for NVidia card with all game quality options set to max. If yours different, delete enbcache folder.
